Overview

The T-80 is a Soviet light tank that is an attempt to improve the T-70 light tank.

Operational History

The T-80 along with the T-70, were used in frontline combat until production of the T-34 was sufficient. The T-70 and T-80 were used sparingly in some missions as well as reconnaissance. The vehicles remained in service for a short time after the war.
